Burpees: love them or hate them, this is my 60 second burpee challenge. I’m Samantha Clayton and I’m ready to show you how many burpees I can do.

There’s  no denying that burpees are an incredible total body exercise. As with most exercises, there is a beginner version and an advanced version for
you to choose from. With only 60 seconds on the clock, give me your best  effort and challenge yourself to keep perfect form throughout.

Make sure you warm up, then start your burpees with enthusiasm. This exercise will test even the fittest of athletes.  There are burpees to suit all abilities from newcomer to exercise to professional, so there are no excuses!
